Your Impact:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding and renewing innovative solutions for our diverse customer base. You’ll be entrusted with managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, ensuring their experience with 120Water consistently exceeds expectations. A pivotal part of your role will be to strategically identify customers who could benefit from a deeper understanding of regulatory requirements and how to advance their initiatives with our assistance. We’re seeking a growth-oriented professional who is driven by the knowledge that our collective efforts positively impact public health.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and regulatory requirements, tailoring solutions to meet them effectively.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose solutions to capture them.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Maintain an annual quota attainment within a state-based portfolio
  • Manage forecast accuracy consistently
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing account plans and strategies to achieve revenue target and company objectives.
  • Demonstrate intelligence, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Knowledge of the complete life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Proven experience managing complex contracting and procurement processes
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the Account Management team to help us become even more successful and effective

What you bring:

  • Experience selling within a customer base
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently
  • Maintain a high level of activity
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
  • At least three years of experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience with strategic/consultative selling
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience selling into public and government agencies, plus
  • Background working in environmental compliance, plus
