Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and curriculum, both internally and externally, as well as supervision and coordination of training needs for National Accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating and continuously improve comprehensive training curriculum and courses that enhance skills and knowledge of internal and external end-users
- Work with stakeholders to understand training requirements and align programs with business objectives
- Manage National Account training needs and collaborate with key customers to ensure optimal experiences that result in increased confidence and sustainability of relationships
- Analyzing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Develop and create learning modules within the designated LMS to ensure active learning and engagement of the end user
- Monitor and support dealer training expectations, support onboarding activities, and manage oversight and reporting on dealer performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training methodologies
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- Minimum of Master’s degree required, PhD preferred
- Technical experience and knowledge of various LMS systems required
- Lean workflow development and management experience
Training Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in training and curriculum development
2. Proven experience in teaching or training adult learners.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
4. Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training solutions.
5. Proficiency in using software and tools, including HubSpot.
Job Knowledge Requirements:
- Following established procedures, must have ability to prioritize several simultaneous projects.
- Must be able to work with people in all levels of the organization.
- Must keep current on new product development
- Recognize the Quality Management System in place at Battle Motors and participate in the processes and procedures of the QMS.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Training and Development Manager, Onsite Training Manager, Technical Training Manager
This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their supervisor immediately.
