Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Simulation Software Sales Executive to drive new business and expand customer relationships within key government agencies such as the US Airforce, Navy, Dept of Homeland Security, and Department of Transportation. You will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge simulation, modeling, and AI solutions to engineering teams, R&D departments, and decision-makers. This is a high-impact role requiring technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent sales skills. A background in robotics, autonomy and simulation is valuable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for simulation software and AI solutions.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects across various industries.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, R&D, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales/application engineering teams.
  • Understand customer pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of B2B software sales experience (preferably in simulation, digital twins, or autonomy software).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling 6 and 7 figure contracts and services agreements.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and technical buyers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with simulation platforms such as Epics Games Unreal Engine, Unity, Simulink, Matlab, or similar.
  • Familiarity with digital twin and game engine technologies.
  • Ability to work in a consultative sales environment.
  • Track record in previous work of being a self-directed and motivated contrinutor.
