We're Hiring: Installation Service Technician (Full-Time)

💵 Starting pay: $20/hour (based on experience)

Gauge is looking for a full-time Installation Service Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and removing telematics devices in vehicles and heavy equipment.

No experience? No problem. We’re happy to train the right person. What is necessary:

• Willingness and ability to travel in a company-provided vehicle
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Helpful but not required:

• Experience with 12-volt electrical systems
• Automotive alarm or remote start system knowledge
• Background in automotive or heavy equipment repair

What You'll Do:

• Disassemble and reassemble various vehicle types (interior and exterior)
• Route wiring, mount hardware, and terminate electrical connections
• Troubleshoot and diagnose installation issues
• Ensure high-quality work is completed on time
