Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross functional team to define product requirements
• Take responsibility for the reliability, security and privacy of our back end services
• Own the design, implementation and deployment of our back end API

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a back end engineer
• BS or equivalent in Computer Science or similar discipline
• Strong CS fundamentals
• In-depth knowledge of node.js, serverless and AWS
• Experience with Postgres, MongoDB or similar
• Familiar with industry standard best practices for bug tracking, source control, CI/CD, TDD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
