You will coordinate across hardware engineering, software, supply chain, and external partners to ensure that systems are built, certified, and delivered on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Team Coordination
• Facilitate regular engineering stand-ups, sprint reviews, and cross-functional syncs to maintain program momentum.
• Develop and maintain program schedules
• Identify, document, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across hardware, software, and supply chain workstreams.
• Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process improvement in how the team plans, builds, and delivers systems.
System Builds and Resources
• Plan and manage system build schedules in coordination with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Allocate engineering resources across concurrent builds to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track build progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
• Maintain accurate build documentation including configurations, test results, and sign-off records.
Systems Shipping and Coordination
• Own end-to-end logistics for system deployments, including packaging specifications, carrier selection, and export compliance.
• Coordinate with customer sites to schedule deliveries, installations, and acceptance testing.
• Manage risk for international shipments including customs documentation.
System Tracking
• Maintain a live inventory, configuration and status tracker for all systems across build, test, deployed.

• Support BOM revisions and ensure alignment between engineering design releases and procurement orders.
Procurement
• Drive the procurement process for hardware components and sub-assemblies through PO issuance.
• Work with finance to manage purchase orders, track spend against budget, and forecast upcoming procurement needs.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with operations to minimize excess and obsolescence risk.
Certification and Regulatory Compliance
• Support certification efforts for system compliance including CE, UL, FCC, and any customer- or industry-specific standards.
• Coordinate with third-party test laboratories, notified bodies, and regulatory consultants to manage certification timelines.
• Manage declarations of conformity, and regulatory documentation for all markets of deployment.
Qualifications.
