Transcend is disrupting the Engineering and Construction industry. Transcend Design Generator (“TDG”), a first-of-its-kind generative design software platform, enables the companies that design our global infrastructure to automate Design & Engineering work that is currently done manually. There are over 500 billion dollars spent on engineering services each year, and capital planning and project development processes have not changed in decades. These companies are critical to our future, as they design our water, power, roads, and other core infrastructure. Due to their archaic processes, they are not innovating fast enough to impact our environment and help solve Climate Change. Over the last 10 years Transcend has developed and implemented a cloud-based software that completely changes the traditional process and transforms the culture of these engineering and construction firms around the world. The company has a unique remote culture with offices in Europe and the USA.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the enterprise. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive account growth, and identify opportunities for cross-vertical collaboration. This role involves a combination of account management, strategic planning, and team leadership to achieve business objectives.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
  • Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Regularly conduct account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and own opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Product Training:

  • Support product training to clients on the use and functionalities of our platform.
  • Collaborate to support customer business users as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align client needs with product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvement.

Cross-Vertical Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients across different industry verticals to identify common challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop cross-vertical strategies that leverage the strengths of the organization in multiple sectors.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between teams working with clients in different verticals.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s platform and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Own growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore avenues for expansion into different industry verticals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies that may impact client needs.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide strategic updates to senior management on the status of key accounts and overall performance.
  • Ensure effective communication between the account management team and other departments within the organization.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and cross-vertical initiatives.

We need you on our team if you have the following competencies:

  • Document, track, and manage all activities in our CRM system Hubspot.
  • Understand and maintain in-depth knowledge of our platform and the value proposition for customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed growth goals.
  • Take responsibility for all opportunities assigned to you. Coordinate resources as required to progress through deal stages to closed won.
  • Play a deal team role in progressing open sales opportunities as needed for OEM, Utilities, EPCs and Power accounts.

  • NRR- Net Recurring Revenue of your account portfolio

Where you will be doing it:

This position is a remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in North America or Europe. Similarly, the people you will be working with are from all over North America and Europe. Applicants should have a willingness to travel for major company functions, conferences, and client meetings as well as be flexible in working on a diverse team across several time zones. 30% travel expected. The ability to travel internationally is a requirement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Total 8+ years of progressive responsibility on commercial or enterprise accounts, or proven industry relevant experience with 3+ years of account management experience
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS business is strongly preferred
  • Thrives in a highly dynamic and rapid growth environment
